A.) Our campaigns send permit and order information — quote responses, permit status updates, approval notifications, routing and restriction notices, and billing confirmations — to customers who have requested a quote or placed a permit order with Waypoint Permits LLC.
If customers choose to opt in to receive occasional promotional and notification SMS from Waypoint Permits via website contact forms, they will receive those messages as well.
End users opt in by visiting waypointpermits.com and filling in their contact details via a contact form or quote request. Users check boxes to agree to receive notifications and provide consent to receive permit and order updates and occasional promotional messages and communications from us.
B.) You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to [909-275-7111]. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing-related emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of those emails.
